Portraits

The face of a person is similar to the logo of a company. When you see someones face for the first time, you get an idea of who they are and what life they have lived. Painting and drawing a face is something that is so intriguing to me. The curves and shadows a face can make, once inspected closer, is something that one could only hope to recreate on a canvas or sketchbook page.
